Imagine Projects has been engaged to manage the sales and customer service for several retirement village and aged care sites throughout Queensland. Imagine Projects manages sales enquiries, tours, customer service, community engagement and reporting. The Imagine Projects sales team undertakes extensive community engagement in each local area to help promote the brand, engender community support and generate sales leads. Working collaboratively with an external marketing team Imagine Projects provides marketing advice to support the generation of qualified sales leads.
