Our strategic advisory services are designed to help you deliver your project whilst managing and mitigating risk. The scope of our services ranges from collaborating on site evaluations and acquisitions, design, dwelling mix and pricing, project feasibility, business cases, financial analysis, implementing care and service models (such as ageing-in-place), proprietary market research and consumer focus groups.
PROJECT MARKETING
We have a deep understanding of the seniors’ living market gleaned from years of working directly with retirees and for some of Australia’s leading senior living developers. We challenge traditional marketing techniques and apply senior-centric strategies to get outstanding results. PROJECT SALES

Our sales team are experienced, highly trained consultants with an acute understanding of their customers’ needs. We offer a bespoke approach to sales management by either appointing and managing sales personnel or overseeing your sales team to achieve results.
PROPERTY STYLING
Imagine, in collaboration with Home Harmony property styling, specialises in seniors’ living interior design and staging. Services include styling new retirement living developments, staging aged care facilities and rejuvenating independent living units for sale or resale. We can either work directly with developer/operators or residents to prepare properties for market.
