Imagine provides strategic consulting services for seniors’ living including Retirement Living, Residential Aged Care and In-Home Care.
Our services include development advice, project marketing, sales, research, consumer advice, market research and property styling for new, greenfield developments or existing facilities.
The genesis of Imagine Projects was born from our previous company, Shine Retirement – a company dedicated to assisting retirees to find their retirement home. This experience has provided Imagine Projects with a unique understanding of the retiree market.

Emma Lilley
Emma has enjoyed a lifetime career in retirement, aged care, housing, marketing, sales and development including: owning and managing her former business, Shine Retirement (a consumer focussed sales referral business); being Business Development Manager of a large retirement and aged care provider; and a marketing consultant to various aged care organisations.
Emma is the current host of the National Property Council Retirement Living Educational Videos and winner of the Retirement Living Rising Generation Award.
Emma has worked with dozens of seniors’ market developer/operators all keen to take advantage of her unparalleled expertise in retirement and the aged care industry.
